By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The shop

Maison Helixir sells candles and a perfume set for personal use. Product titles, prices, and variants are those listed on each product page at the time of checkout.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order if an item cannot be fulfilled and will refund the captured amount.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Compare-at prices appear only when a higher original price is stored. We do not invent fake GTINs or stock counts.

Risk of loss

Title and risk pass when the carrier scans the package as delivered, subject to damage claims in the shipping policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or attempt to inject card data into this static front end.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by Virginia and U.S. law, liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
