Shipping policy

Maison Helixir ships only within the United States. International orders, freight quotes, and customs brokerage are not offered.

Rates

Shipping is free on U.S. orders. There is no published order minimum for this offer.

Processing

Orders are packed at 8386 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA 20109. Processing typically starts the next business day, Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We do not publish a carrier name we cannot verify from the platform.

Transit

Delivery windows depend on the carrier assigned at fulfillment. Tracking is emailed when a label is created.

Address changes

Email info@maisonhelixir.com as soon as possible. Once a label is printed we may not be able to redirect the package.

Delays, damage, missing packages

• Weather and carrier backlogs can extend transit time. We will share tracking status when you write.
• Photograph damaged boxes and email us within 7 days of delivery.
• If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the box, wait one business day, check with neighbors, then contact us so we can open a carrier inquiry.

Refused or undeliverable orders

Packages returned as refused or undeliverable are refunded after they arrive back in Manassas, minus any non-refundable carrier return fee if one was assessed one. Confirm on your order email.

Taxes and duties

We do not ship abroad, so import duties do not apply. U.S. checkout is presented as tax-free based on current store settings.
