Return and refund policy
This policy applies to candles and the perfume set sold at maisonhelixir.com.
Window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items
- Unused, unburned products in original packaging with the original lid or tin intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number).
Not eligible
- Opened, burned, or soiled candles.
- Items missing lids, dust covers, or original packaging.
- Used perfume vials.
Authorization
Email info@maisonhelixir.com with your order number and photos of the unused item. Do not mail a return until we send an authorization and the return address. Unauthorized packages may not be refunded.
Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, the customer pays return postage. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 5–10 business days of arrival in Manassas. Original outbound shipping was free, so there is no shipping line to refund unless you were charged one at checkout.
Damage, wrong item, missing item
Photograph everything and contact us within 7 days. We will replace or refund confirmed errors without a restocking fee.
Cancellations
We can cancel an unpaid or unfulfilled order if you write before it ships. Once a label exists, use the return process after delivery.
