Candle care & product issues
Candles are consumable goods. There is no multi-year manufacturer warranty beyond the return window for unused items and damage-on-arrival claims.
Care
- Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each lighting.
- Burn on a heat-safe surface away from drafts.
- Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains in a container candle.
- Let vessels cool fully before moving or washing reusable containers.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the box and the product and email info@maisonhelixir.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed transit damage.
